Typhoon Peptides
1. Research Use Only – All Sales Final
All products sold by Typhoon Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research use only.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Ordering errors
- Change of mind
- Misunderstanding of product use
- Improper handling or storage
- Misuse of products
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. No Returns Accepted
To maintain strict quality control and ensure product integrity:
- We do not accept returned products
- We do not restock returned items
- We do not resell returned merchandise
Any product sent back without written authorization will be refused and discarded.
3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrect
- Missing items
You must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Your claim must include:
- Order number
- Full name used on the order
- Clear photos of:
- Outer shipping package
- Shipping label
- All product packaging
- The damaged or incorrect item
- A written description of the issue
Failure to provide required documentation within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.
4. Resolution Process
If approved, Typhoon Peptides may, at its sole discretion:
- Issue a replacement shipment
- Issue store credit
- Issue a refund (only if replacement is not possible)
We reserve the right to require additional verification before approving any claim.
5. Non-Delivery Claims
- If tracking shows delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Customers assume responsibility once the carrier confirms delivery.
- If tracking does not show delivered due to our fulfillment error, we will investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree:
- You understand all products are research-use only.
- You agree that all sales are final.
- You waive the right to initiate a chargeback for reasons inconsistent with this policy.
Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with:
- Delivery confirmation
- Order confirmation
- This policy
- IP address verification
- Customer communication records
Accounts filing unjustified disputes may be permanently banned from future purchases.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted.
Due to rapid processing times, we cannot guarantee modification or cancellation requests.
