Orders can only be placed by approved research accounts. Every account is reviewed by a member of our team before catalog access is granted.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed before [CONFIRM cutoff time] Central Time are normally dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Shipments travel with [CONFIRM carrier(s)]. A tracking number is emailed to you when the parcel leaves our facility, and you can follow it from the Track your order page. Vials are packed in protective inner packaging inside a plain outer box. The outer packaging does not describe the contents. All materials are shipped sealed, as lyophilized solids, and do not require cold chain transport.
Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
If a tracking number shows no movement for 7 business days, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier. Include your order number and, for damage, photographs of the outer box and contents. We will work with the carrier and, where the claim is upheld, replace the affected items.
